The National Aquarium surgical team uses forced breathes on 1522LK to help stimulate breathing on it's own. |1522LK or Scuttle, Arrived at the National Aquarium veterinary facility on 6/11/15. Rescued by Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center. Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle was incidentally rescued after being captured at a fishing pier on Virginia Beach on 5/30/15. Stayed in rehab due to emaciation, ocular disease, and shell lesion.
